The Peace Liard region in Northeast British Columbia has opened its second Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP) intake of 2026 — backed by 25 extra allocations from IRCC.
Key details:
– Closes Tuesday, October 20 at 12:00 noon
– For designated employers who have not yet received a 2026 recommendation
– Late applications will not be accepted
The RCIP is a small, employer-driven pilot: you need a job offer from a designated Peace Liard employer to qualify. With only 25 additional spots, this intake is expected to fill fast.
If you hold an offer from a designated employer in the region, move now — once the noon deadline passes, the door closes on 2026. Contact ImmiQuest to check your eligibility before the cutoff.
